Covid-19 update – March 30, 2020

Operating Days of Treatment – Monday through Friday only

Temporary Hours of Operation – 9:00am – 2:00pm

Staff Protections

• All staff will be wearing protective masks and gloves at all times for your safety.

Scheduling

• Scheduling will be every 30 minutes (:00 and :30) to allow minimal exposure to others and ample time to clean and prepare for next appointment.
• Please use the parking lot as our temporary waiting room.
• We will sign you in from a distance upon arrival and inform you when your room is ready.

Triage Questions

• Are you sick?
• Do you have a sore throat?
• Do you or have you had a fever (even slight) over the past 2 weeks?
• Do you have a cough?
• Are you having trouble breathing?
• Have you traveled outside the US in the last 2 weeks?
• Have you traveled outside the state or county (plane or car) in the last 2 weeks?
• Have you been in physical contact with anyone who is tested positive for Covid-19?
• Have you been in physical contact with someone who possibly could test positive?

Zero-Tolerance Sanitation

• Zero-tolerance for not taking individual precautions to protect yourself and others. 
• Lack of effort and consideration can result in the entire business being fined and shut down by the Dept. of PA and Human Health Services (HHS). 
• Anyone may be asked to leave at any time if management feels the workplace environment becomes unsafe by one individual’s actions. This not only goes for patients but for staff/employees as well.

Supplementation

• Biotics Research Group provides very high quality products accessible only by physicians.  You can not buy these products anywhere else.
• Two products are fat-soluble in a liquid emulsion form where one teardrop size dose is enough for your entire day.
  1. Vit A forte emulsion drops (palmitate form)
     1. One small drop = 12,500 IU per day
     2. Strong immune system support
